"Done" is better than "Perfect"

I have to remind myself of this all the time.

Striving for perfection, while a good motivator for quality, often leads to paralysis.

You get stuck designing, forever refining, throwing it all out and starting again.

You're left feeling deflated when your reality doesn't match up to your unrealistic expectations.


The only antidote is to start by doing something. Start small.

Don't design your next 50 moves before making the first.

Take imperfect action.
